Rachel believes one truth is unwavering: in the words of Jack Welch, “Execution is everything.”

Rachel grew up on a farm in South Carolina and spent most of her adult life in Manhattan. She has traveled to over 20 countries, canoed and hiked down the Amazon from Ecuador to Brazil and completed volunteer work from Harlem to Galapagos. She loves to explore new places and experience the unique characteristics of cultures. Rachel studied at the Savannah College of Art and Design where her deep love of design and drive for perfection were nurtured. Rachel has completed ongoing business, technology and design education her entire career. She believes that what was true yesterday may not be true tomorrow — so it’s best to keep up.

Entrepreneurship is in Rachel’s nature.

Rachel has founded and grown start-ups and served as an executive for the Fortune 500. Early in her career, she co-founded Corsair, a boutique consulting firm located in the heart of Soho. Five years later, she left Corsair to start Isocurve, an integrated branding and marketing company. Rachel led both companies to serve a wide range of clients including IBM, IFC, BMW, Givenchy, Intel and General Electric. Her companies donated services to many organizations including American Express’ Share Our Strength, Broadway Cares and the Corporation for Supportive Housing.

Accepting a corporate leadership role was a great way to inject the entrepreneurial spirit into the Fortune 500.

In 2012, she accepted a role as SVP of Product Marketing for Cablevision. After successfully productizing and monetizing set-top box data and addressable advertising with a team of analysts and data scientists, she was recruited by Cox Media Group. She served as SVP of Marketing and Consumer Insights of their digital ad sales group, Gamut. In addition to orchestrating the brand's launch, she instituted and established the first department within the organization to oversee ad sales marketing and research, creative services, data products, public relations, social media and trade events. She also served as interim president and managed the company, realigned the organization, developed business and product strategies and implemented tools and training to boost performance and increase revenue.

These diverse experiences, leading startups from Soho lofts and working as a senior executive on Fifth Avenue, give Rachel a unique perspective. Her experiences are a reservoir of business experience that helps her help others.
